My practice is deeply informed by my own experience with chronic illness, burnout, and neurocomplexity.
Years of overriding my sensitivity, undernourishing my body, and living with undiagnosed neurodivergence had me chronically dysregulated—and had profound consequences on my health. My symptoms wouldn’t budge, until my body learned how to settle, until it felt safe enough to rest.
Bodywork didn’t offer a quick fix, but slowly reminded me what regulation felt like, and this changed everything for me. I learned to respect my nervous system and trust my body. I slowly had more and more access to presence, calm, ease, energy—the foundational resources I needed to restore my capacity and vitality. This is what I hope to offer you with my practice.
