Session Types & Rates*

Lymphatic drainage with the Lymphstar Pro for the front body, including the face. Includes castor oil + heat therapy on the abdomen for detox support if desired.

A longer session to support deeper physical and mental/emotional healing. We can adapt this session to your goals, interests, and needs, but the options include:
Lymphatic drainage with the Lymphstar Pro for the front body and face, plus the back body or additional time on areas needing extra support. Option to include castor oil and heat therapy on the abdomen for gentle detox support
Soothing and clearing lymphatic drainage on the abdomen followed by a full Craniosacral treatment (can be a fully-clothed session)
Lymphatic Drainage with the Lymphstar Pro on the front body, completing with 20-30 minutes of Craniosacral Therapy

For adults: A full Craniosacral Therapy treatment, focused on holding you in a regulated state to support you in releasing held tension patterns and healing chronic symptoms from the root.
For teens/young adults: A slightly modified Craniosacral Therapy session, focused on releasing stress & trauma, fostering embodiment and self-awareness, and encouraging nervous system regulation.
*Please note that a parent/guardian must be present with clients under 18 years old. A parent/guardian is welcome but not required to be present for young adult clients over 18.

Sliding Scale
I offer a limited number of 60-minute sliding scale Lymphatic or Craniosacral sessions to those experiencing financial hardship and in need of healing support. Please contact me to discuss this option.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
I accept bookings over email and through my website. I require a card on file to book your appointment. Payment is due at the time of your session. I accept credit/debit, cash, Apple Pay, or Venmo.
You will be asked to fill out an intake form during the booking process. This form can also be accessed from your confirmation email — feel free to fill it out after booking and in advance of your session. Filling out the intake form ahead of time will give us more time on the table during your session.
To cancel or reschedule your session, I request that you do so at least 24 hours in advance, either through the link in your confirmation email or by contacting me. For emergencies or illness, late cancellations can be an option on a case by case basis. Otherwise, if cancelled within 24 hours of your session time, or in the case of a no-show, the full session fee will be charged.
Please let me know if you are running late. If you arrive up to 20 minutes late, we will use the remaining time left in your scheduled session. After 20 minutes, I will consider it a no-show and the full session fee will be charged. Due the nature of my schedule, I am not able to extend sessions beyond the originally allocated time for late arrivals.
Fragrance & Chemical Sensitivities
It is my deepest intention for my treatment room to be a healing and safe space for all. I kindly request that you refrain from wearing perfume/cologne to your session, as I and many of the clients I work with are sensitive to fragrance.
I use all non-toxic and fragrance-free cleaning products in my space, including the laundry detergent for sheets. All topicals used in session are organic and optionally fragranced with organic essential oils.
